Do you provide Rework and Repair services at the customer site?

Definitely, we send our Sort and Rework experienced technicians to your customer site. We will work closely with you to understand the needed rework.

If my non-conforming parts are in need of additional services such as inspection can you also do this job?

Yes, we will have an initial meeting with you to understand what is needed and provide recommendation on best way to resolve the non-conforming issues.  From time to time, what needs to be done is already documented and for other cases, our crew will need to do an inspection and evaluated rework needed after your review and approval

My non-conforming parts are in the US side of the border, do you also provide your services in US side?

Yes, we are a US/Mexico established company and can provide resources and services on both sides of the border.

Will your company consider providing services outside of the Maquiladora area, meaning interior of Mexico?

Our company is established in Mexico and serve customer across the whole country.  We have customers in Chihuahua, Queretaro, Mexico City, Guadalajara and other Mexican cities.  You tell us where to go and we will go there.
