Our maquiladora customer hired us to ship one of our experience Sort and Rework crews to a supplier manufacturing plant as they were having quality issues with parts being shipped.  The idea was to detect quality issues with non conforming parts prior for these parts being shipped across the Mexico/US border.

What Sort and Rework did for the Job?

Sort and Reworked sent a crew of specialist to the Bloomfield plant, located in Indiana for a 8 week assignment to do quality inspection on non conforming engine blocks parts to detect issues at the manufacturing plant before these were shipped to our customer maquiladora plant in the US/Mexico border.

Our crew work 24×7 performing quality inspections for non conforming parts and working with the local quality team to resolve issues prior for the parts being shiiped to the Mexican plant.
